Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Money Marathon (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles information when you use the Money Marathon Android app, website and related reward services.
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you sign in, we may receive your name, email address, profile image and account identifier from the authentication provider. We store the information needed to maintain your Money Marathon profile.
Reward and activity information
We process wallet balances, reward and redemption history, referrals, offer interactions, submitted proof screenshots, submission status, reviewer notes and support messages so we can operate the service and prevent abuse.
Device and technical information
We may process push-notification tokens, device platform, app version, IP address, browser or device type, timestamps, diagnostics and security logs. Money Marathon does not request access to a list of all apps installed on your device.
Images and files
If you submit proof, you choose screenshots or images from your device. They are uploaded to our storage provider and made available to authorised reviewers for validation.
2. How we use information
- Provide sign-in, profiles, the wallet, referrals, offers, games, proof review and reward redemption.
- Send service notifications, such as proof or redemption updates, where you permit notifications.
- Protect accounts, detect duplicate or fraudulent submissions and enforce our terms.
- Fix errors, monitor performance and improve the app and website.
- Respond to support, privacy and account-deletion requests.
3. Service providers and sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share only the information needed with vendors that help us run Money Marathon, such as Google Firebase for authentication and notifications, infrastructure and database providers, image-storage providers, and Xoxoday Plum for creating approved reward links. Our current reward-link request uses campaign and reward-link details and does not need to send your Money Marathon email address to Xoxoday. Vendors process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.
4. Retention
We retain account and reward records while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After a verified deletion request, we delete or anonymise information that is no longer needed. We may keep limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security or legal records where required or reasonably necessary.
5. Security
We use access controls, encrypted network connections and limited administrative access designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please protect your sign-in account and contact us if you suspect unauthorised use.
6. Your choices and rights
You can review profile and reward information in the app, control notifications through device settings, and request correction, access or deletion by contacting us. You can delete your account inside Money Marathon under Settings → Delete account, or use our web instructions.
7. Children
Money Marathon is not directed to children under 13. If local law requires a higher minimum age, users below that age may use the service only with valid parental or guardian permission. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate consent.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised date here and provide additional notice when appropriate.
