Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Money Marathon Android app, website, games, app offers, proof-review and reward services.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 and legally able to accept these terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your use. Provide accurate account information, keep access secure and use only one account unless we approve otherwise.

2. Offers and proof

Offer availability, eligibility, instructions, deadlines and reward values can change. Read the live offer terms before participating. A Play Store visit or app install alone does not guarantee a reward. To qualify, you must complete the stated task and submit authentic, readable proof. Review may be manual, and we may request clearer proof or reject submissions that are incomplete, duplicated, altered or ineligible.

3. Coins and rewards

Coins are in-service reward units, not a bank deposit, investment, wage or guaranteed cash balance. They have no value outside the redemption methods we make available. Redemption options, minimums, processing times and availability may change. Approved redemptions may be delivered as third-party reward links through Xoxoday Plum and can also be subject to the provider's terms and expiry rules.

4. Fair use

You may not use automation, fake accounts, manipulated screenshots, unauthorised referrals, device or identity spoofing, chargebacks, service interference, security testing without permission, or any method intended to obtain unearned rewards. We may pause reviews, reverse improperly issued coins, restrict features or suspend accounts while investigating misuse.

5. Third-party services

Offers can link to Google Play and third-party apps. Those services are controlled by their operators and have their own terms and privacy policies. Money Marathon is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security or transactions.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Money Marathon available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, remove or change games, offers, rewards and features, including to address security, legal or operational needs.

7. Disclaimers and responsibility

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. You remain responsible for mobile data, device use, third-party app activity and compliance with each offer.

8. Termination and deletion

You may stop using the service or delete your account. We may restrict or end access for serious or repeated breaches, fraud, security risk or legal requirements. Sections that by nature should survive—such as fraud records, completed transactions and legal obligations—may continue after closure.
