Delete your Money Marathon account

You can permanently delete your account from the app or send a verified web request. Deletion removes access and is not reversible.

Delete inside the app

1. Open Money Marathon and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Read the warning and confirm.

The app asks the backend to remove your account and authentication identity, then signs you out.

Request deletion on the web

If you cannot open the app, email us from the email address registered to your Money Marathon account. Use the subject “Delete my Money Marathon account”. We may ask for limited information to verify account ownership.

What is deleted

• Your profile and sign-in identity.
• Wallet, referral and notification data linked to the account.
• Offer activity and proof submissions linked to the account.
• Redemption history and uploaded proof files where deletion is technically available and no retention exception applies.

What may be retained

We may retain limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security, dispute or legal records when required or reasonably necessary. Retained data is restricted from ordinary account use and removed or anonymised when the retention reason ends. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
